A user group combines several users. In this way, rights can be assigned centrally for several users. The rights assigned to the user group are assigned to group members.

Toolbar

In the header above the table there are control elements for filtering and managing the user groups.

Search function

The user groups displayed below can be filtered using the search function. All groups are displayed in which the entered text appears in the name. The mask can be cleared by clicking on the X.

New group

The New group button opens an input mask where the data for a new group can be entered.

Name

The name of the user group.

Group members

A listing of all users in the group. By pressing the X on the right side of an entry, the user can be removed from this group. No user can be removed from the Everyone group.

Assigned roles

A listing of all roles whose rights the group members have. The X on the right side of an entry can be used to remove the role from this group. The Add button adds the role selected in the drop-down list to the group.

Effective rights

A list of all rights granted to users by the group is displayed.

Page navigation

The general page navigation manages the visible table entries.

List with groups

Name

The name of the group.

Users

The number of users assigned to this group. Users can be in multiple groups.

Command

The pencil icon opens the associated group settings. The group can be deleted via the X. The Everybody group cannot be deleted.
